Create an account and organization, add a project, and invite your team with the appropriate roles. Start with tasks and add drawings or files as you need them.
Do tasks have to start on a drawing?
No. Create tasks directly in a project and link them to a plan when a location helps explain the work.
Can I review plans on a phone or without a connection?
The web viewer supports touch navigation. Native offline use requires downloading the project and plans while connected; opening a plan in a browser is not enough. See the plans guide for download and sync details.
Does approving an expense automatically change the budget?
No. A budget manager must post the approved project expense to budget lines. General company expenses stay outside project budgets. See the budgeting guide for the full workflow.
Can everyone on a project see its financial information?
No. Financial permissions control access to budgets, profitability, expense review, and labor rates separately from project membership.
